MINISTRIES

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. One of the most important values of the church is serving others. It begins in our own community, and spreads to surrounding areas and overseas. Members are involved in a variety of ministries from things as serving meals to teaching kids. Let our welcome center know you’d like to be more involved.

Struggle with addiction? Recovering from a serious addictive behavior? This ministry was created just for you. We take a biblical and practical approach to overcoming addiction and help you set your focus on God as you travel the road to recovery of becoming ALL that God has for you! Tuesdays @ 7:00 pm. Serving Food

Every Wednesday night at 6pm, we have dinner prepared, served and clean up afterwards. If you would like to help in this area of service, please ask at The Welcome Center where you can help.

Bus Ministry

A great opportunity to reach out to our community is by having transportation to and from church for anyone needing a ride. The buses run on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. We need drivers and chaperones, if you are interested please see The Welcome Center.

Connect Team

Our greeters and ushers help in a tremendous way! They help make our members and newcomers feel warm and welcome! They guide people in the right direction and support in any way they can.

Nursery to Youth

From nursery volunteers to youth trips, there have been opportunities where we needed an extra hand, especially big events like VBS. We have fund raisers and field trips for the youth. We’ll post opportunities in our bulletin when we need volunteers for special events.

Ignite Youth is for 6th-12th grades. Once a month on a Sunday night for youth to have opportunity to connect to Jesus, grow in their walk with God and encourage them to use their gifts. Watch for handouts and social media updates for date and time. Bus rides available.

SERVE

From time to time we have events where we need some volunteers! When an opportunity like this comes, we will post it in the bulletin, the web or social media. So keep an eye out and then visit The Welcome Center for more information.

Missions

Life Church is thrilled to help spread the good news of the gospel and God’s kingdom around the world. We are active in supporting missionaries with our money and with our prayers. We have in the past sent some of our own for missions to build and teach God’s word. Places like Honduras and Mexico.

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving, we help collect canned goods and non-perishables days ahead for delivery to families that are in need. Showing God our thankfulness by helping to feed those in need in our community.

Giving Opportunities

Recently we have had the opportunity to help people in Romania receive gently used shoes during a recent missions trip. We hope to have similar opportunities in the near future.
